1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Product Condition: For physical products, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Virtual Appointment Refunds

For virtual appointments (e.g., consultations, coaching sessions, online classes):

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your virtual appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late arrivals.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us immediately. We may offer a rescheduled session or a partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (e.g., software, downloadable content).
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics).
  • Completed virtual sessions or services not canceled/rescheduled as per the terms above.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a refund:

  2. Return Process: For physical products, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected or once your virtual appointment status is verified. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For credit card payments: Refunds will be credited to the card.
  • For PayPal or alternative methods: Refunds will be processed back to the same account.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply:

  • Physical products that are opened but remain in resellable condition.
  • Virtual appointments that were partially completed or disrupted for reasons beyond the customer’s control.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

For virtual appointments, rescheduling is allowed based on availability.


8. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is not due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if technical issues affect your virtual appointment:

  • Contact Us immediately at info@imconsult.us. Include a description and photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will offer a full refund or provide necessary rescheduling/technical support.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders and appointments made after the update.
